Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with details and images of the product and the defect.

You can send the images of the item you consider defective to info@lonetreesb.com.

Upon approval, further instructions will be given to facilitate an exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your item prior to purchase, or upon receipt of your ordered item. Contact us immediately if the item is defective/damaged or, if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
